14 Day Fruit Diet, diet with only fruits and vegetables or boiled vegetables are known as fruit diet. A fruit diet is considered very helpful for weight loss and staying fit.

The 14 day fruit diet is totally for weight loss and stay fit purpose. This diet is purposely used for 14 days and people have to go for a complete 14 day with only fruits, vegetables and juices.

Day 7
