-150 to 200 ml of almond milk

In a pot put milk, anise, oats and sugar, then stir until thick. Add the cinnamon and then turn off the heat, stir a little more, remove the anise and serve with the slices of almonds.

-1 egg
-2 tablespoons oat flakes
-1 small banana
-1 tablespoon water
-1 teaspoon coconut oil or olive oil
