How to use it to avoid dizziness.
Make your orange essential oil for massages or to flavor meals
No matter what the cause is curves, too hot air inside or unpleasant odors, dizziness can turn what should be a pleasant journey into hell.
In these cases there is an essential oil that is very helpful: orange. Take a few drops in a cotton handkerchief and inhale the aroma for a little while. Many times the dizziness disappears as if by magic and the trip can be followed calmly.
How is it possible? The essential oil of orange stimulates the pineal gland and the hypophysis. Specifically, it favors the production of a type of endorphins, the enkephalins, which improve mood, calm and remove fears.
Take care that the pure essential oil does not come into contact with the skin, as it can cause irritation, especially in areas exposed to light. On the other hand, you can do a massage with orange oil (it also serves to flavor meals). Here is the recipe:
Homemade recipe for making orange oil (it’s not essential oil):
• They peel very fine ecological oranges, trying not to catch the white part of the orange. Since we are going to dry the skins in the oven it is a good idea to take enough oranges to fill a tray. The remaining peelings can be stored in closed glass jars and used, for example, to flavor infusions.
• The oven is switched on at 60-70ºC, the oven door should be kept slightly open by inserting a wooden spoon so that it does not close completely and thus the humidity can be eliminated. The skins should be left in the oven until they are completely dry, otherwise they could end up developing mold.
• An especially aromatic oil is obtained by putting 50 g of dry skins in 100 ml of olive or sesame oil. Let it sit for three weeks. Then it is strained and can be used to flavor meals or as massage oil.
